6 Family Fun Runs & 5k's To Get Your Family Moving This Spring

As moms, we know that few experiences rival the joy of seeing our loved ones embrace an active lifestyle. Running 5K races as a family isn't just about crossing the finish line—it's about creating cherished memories, instilling a love for fitness, and strengthening the bonds that unite us. So, fellow moms, let's trade in our morning routines for the exhilarating rhythm of pounding pavement and the shared triumph of crossing that finish line as a team.

1. Manchester PJ 5k & 1 Mile Sleepwalk
Who says you can't be cozy while running? Join us for the PJ 5k and 1 Mile Sleepwalk and show off your favorite set of pajamas!
March 23rd, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm


2. DONOT STOP 5k and Doughnut Dash
Question:  Is it supposed to be DO NOT STOP, or DONUT STOP?  Answer:  YES!
Like Running or Walking?  Love Donuts?  This race is for you!

3. Firehouse 5k for Autism
The Firehouse 5k for Autism is our annual event benefiting autism service providers in our local area.

4. Cardinals 5K
The Cardinals 5K is back for 2024! This years 5K will offer both an In-Person and Virtual format, allowing Cardinals fans across the world the chance to run, jog or walk the race.   In-Person participants will have the opportunity to walk a celebratory lap around Busch Stadium after completing their 5K.
April 13, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm


5. Garden Gallop: Wellness in Motion
Participants can run or walk from two routes through the Garden’s spring blooms. Post-run, participants can enjoy on-site yoga with Brick City Yoga, a hands-on wellness activity with the Garden’s therapeutic horticulture, and a light breakfast provided by Kaldi's Coffee.

6. Make Tracks Through The Zoo
Start your training and meet us in Forest Park for the wildest 5K ever: St. Louis Children’s Hospital Make Tracks Through the Zoo on Sunday, May 19, 2024. This course will take runners and walkers through Forest Park and into the Saint Louis Zoo, past giraffes, okapis and more.
